The construction of this classy complex in Alanya was completed in May 2024. It is just off the ringroad highway connecting East and West Coasts and is approximately 20 minute drive to the centre of Alanya. This is a newly developing area and a new suburb of Alanya with a private college, supermarkets and shops nearby. It’s bound to be an attractive suburb when all other constructions in the area are complete.
The complex is made up of four blocks and features an outdoor and indoor pools, small gym, steam room and sauna and has well maintained landscaped gardens. The apartment is on the top floor of Block B and has two bedrooms. The masterbedroom is a good size and comes with an ensuite. There are two additional bathrooms also available. The livingroom is of a decent size and features an open plan kitchen. The 4 balconies makes the apartment very bright and airy. There is also a camera intercom available.
