-Also, the apartment has a closed balcony and garden :)

-It has 2 rooms, an American Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, Balcony, and Garden.

-Each room has a bunk bed for 2 people, desks, chairs, wardrobes, beds, linens, etc...

-One of the IKEA couches in the living room is transformed into a double bed

-There is UNLIMITED FAST INTERNET (100 Mbps) in the apartment.

-The bathroom has all the details.

-The kitchen with everything you need.

-Also, the kitchen has a Water clarifier for drinking water.

-The heating system is robust and all rooms have radiators.

-The balcony has a washing machine, desk, chair, linens, etc.

-The location is Bulgurlu in Üsküdar

-It is 1 minute to the bus station by walking

-It is 2 minutes to the metro station by walking

- Our previous tenants were from Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Romania, Egypt, Russia, Turkmenistan, Poland, and Turkey.

All of the previous tenants (Exchange, Erasmus Students) didn't want to leave, so I can say that you and your friends-family will love it!

- The location is excellent also. The location is very central and everything, everywhere, is very close to the apartment (transportation, market, hospital, school, shops, cafe, grocery stores, sports center, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. ... )

The rent is35.000TL monthly.

The deposit is 35.000for entering (once).

(At the end of the contract, when leaving the house, the house will be cleaned and goods will be checked,

then the deposit will be refunded within 1 week (if the items are not broken, just the cleaning fee will be deducted))

(For non-students in Turkey, 3 month's rent will be paid in advance.)

You will pay your bills monthly. (this varies depending on your usage rates).
