Bu şirin küçük villa tam da size göre olabilir. Muğla evleri Mimarisindeki evimiz 4 villadan oluşan bitişik nizamdır. Kendisine ait bahçesi olan villamız iki katlı ve toplam 70m2 net kullanım alanı’na sahip. Giriş katında geniş bir teras’tan içeri girdiğimiz’de 35m2 açık mutfak salon karşılıyor. Birinci kat’da ise 2 yatak odası, ana banyo ve balkon mevcut. Bu şirin evimiz Beldibi Devlet Hastanesi ve Beldibi merkezdeki alışverişlere, pazara ve lokantalara çok kısa yürüme mesafesinde olmakla beraber aynı zamanda Marmaris merkeze de sadece 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve dolmuş hattına da 2 dakika mesafede.

Mugla House architecture style villa is semi detached with four villas. Our Villa with its own private gardens is two floors and has 80m2 nett living spaces. On the ground floor is a very lage terrace which leads into the house where you will be greeted with a 40m2 livingroom with an open plan kitchen. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony. This cute house is within a very short walking distance to the state hospital, Beldibi shops, restaurants, Sunday markets and is also 10 minute walk to the centre of Marmaris and furthermore the dolmus stop is only a 2 minute walk.
